  • Registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) or Federation of Holistic Therapists a plus, but not required.

  • Degrees or experience in aromatherapy

Fulfillment + Shippingologist

We are looking for a Fulfillment and Shippingologist to join our team. As a Fulfillment and Shippingologist, you will be responsible for the flow of stock within a warehouse or store and the processing of customer orders. Be able to offload delivery trucks, process work orders, and locate and package merchandise for shipment to customers. To ensure success as a Fulfillment Associate, you should have a good understanding of warehousing or stock room procedures, a good eye for detail, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Ultimately, a top-class Fulfillment Associate processes orders quickly and efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Work Responsibilities 

  • Offloading delivery trucks transporting merchandise into the warehouse/store.

  • Arranging incoming deliveries in designated storage areas.

  • Reading and deciphering work orders.

  • Locating and extracting merchandise from shelves and storage areas.

  • Confirming merchandise information matches that of the work order.

  • Inspecting the merchandise for damage, flaws, and irregularities.

  • Packing the merchandise for delivery.

  • Transporting the packed items to the delivery trucks/post office.

  • Finalizing the work order and updating the database.

  • Adhering to state health and safety practices.

Work Requirements 

  • Knowledge of warehousing procedures an advantage/not required.

  • Previous experience as a Shipping and Fulfillment Associate an advantage/not required.

  • Ability to read and interpret written work orders.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Ability to work independently without much direction throughout the day.

  • Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
